Tracy Stamper, Black Belt, is honored to create a space of exploration and empowerment through the transformational movement and lifestyle practice of Nia. Tracy has been certified in the technique since 1996, and teaching since 2002. Nia taught Tracy to feel at home in her body, mind, emotions, and spirit, and she celebrates the opportunity to share with others Nia’s invitation to come home through the profound power of this practice. She brings passion, playfulness, energy, enthusiasm, acceptance, and encouragement to her students, blending her gentle approach into rocking and rolling classes. She is a very proud member of Gateway Nia with a passion for co-creating community. Tracy is amazed at where her Nia practice has taken her. She invites you to amaze yourself. |
