Reneigh DeBoer, holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Missouri. She is a certified Blue Belt Nia instructor, whose dance and fitness background spans many years, most recently in the area of Dance Movement Therapy. After aggressive breast cancer treatment in 2002, Nia helped her regain aerobic strength, improve overall fitness and reawaken the gifts of emotion, mind and spirit. She knew she was hooked on Nia when she felt how much she looked forward to the next class. |
