Marianne Rosenthal, Marianne is a certified Blue Belt Nia Instructor. What a JOY it is to share in giving and receiving this movement practice that honors "The Body's Way," along with a healthy lifestyle, eclectic and sensual music from around the world, and a touch of magic. I am joined by so many talented Gateway Nia sisters. I attend Nia classes every week, and enjoy the unending gifts of being both a student and a teacher of Nia. The sweat and smiles on students' faces always tell a story of pleasure and gratitude. Perhaps the most rewarding element of Nia for me is the simple fact that I know my students will feel better in their bodies after a Nia class, and so will I! A fellow teacher stated recently, "Life is good... and it is even better with Nia!" |
