Jeanne Carter, Certified Brown Belt Nia instructor, with a BS, MS in Special education, has always loved helping people. After a significant family tragedy, Jeanne retired from her 30 year career in special education, feeling disconnected with the things in life she used to love. At her very first Nia class, Jeanne realized the power that these classes had for emotional and physical healing. Through Nia, she is has danced into a state of greater well-being, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Jeanne enjoys the new experience of being a fitness trainer and would love to share the power of Nia with others. JeanneC@gatewaynia.com |
